Great article in the NY Times on the political power of words and narratives. By claiming the word "occupy" the Occupy Wall Street movement has given the phrase new meaning. Now the second phase of the global equality protests should call itself "Re-build" ("Re-build Wall Street" – "Re-build Europe" etc. ) and start drawing up the plans for the alternative system it aims to build. As we learned from the Iraq experience, occupying alone is not enough.
