The new US climate and clean air coalition presented by Hillary Clinton wants to tackle climate change by focussing on reducing methane, black carbon and hydrofluorocarbons. The initiative has raised some eyebrows. Has the US become serious again on global warming or is this distracting from its failure to help find a global agreement on carbon emissions?
